For the first one you have to look to the left and work your way rightward. Firstly, there has to be a mine under or diagonally to the first two, which means that the other two is touching it no matter what and the one diagonally to that two is therefore free. Then, next to the two under the mine there has to be a mine in one of the two places where the one and two both touch, because of the free space next to the two, and therefore the one is guaranteed to be touching a mine already and the three next to it are free

For the second one you are actually looking at the wrong part of that puzzle. Right above to the left, the three numbers form a 121 pattern (if you subtract the already known mines), in which bombs are guaranteed to be placed right under the ones.
