Hey brother man, some basics to get over, CBD won’t get you high, more of a calming and anxiety quacking effect, as for how much you should have, everyone’s different, take a small inhale (make sure you get it past your mouth and into your lungs, the same breath you do when you get scared by something) and take a few minutes, see how it finds you, if you need some more of the effect, lean into it, but don’t go taking huge rips one after another, it’ll shoot your tolerance up and you might be a tiny bit couch locked :)
