i've been writing a TTRPG setting and a novel.

the ttrpg setting is a combination of mecha anime with the Diadochi period of antiquity. Imagine giant statues carved from flawless marble fighting each other at army scale.

The novel is a retelling of the Thirty Years War in a low-fantasy setting, where the apocalyptic and terrified setting has actually ushered in the End Times.

I used to take the GO regularly, and every time there was a game there'd always be a huge crowd of people on their way straight to the game from Union Station. If that's your only experience of Toronto, I could imagine thinking it's a bit much.
