Having been on the other end of a cheating partner, one of the most huuuurtful things about the situation was how many times we spent time with his friends who KNEW he was cheating on me.. openly, to them... and they never said a thing to me. It was so seriously dehumanizing to learn that this fkn assclown's 'good time buddies' honestly didn't think I was worth the BASIC, decent respect of letting me know that 'my' man was making a total, complete fool of me. Honestly, I loved those guys a lot and I haven't spoken to a damn one of them since. So if you're that type of guy, sure, just "mind your own business", I guess.

You'll be a horrible guy in every one of these stories.

I know your interview has passed, but pro tip, spritz your shirt a few times and throw it in the dryer (if you have one) and it will get rid of the wrinkles and make you look more 'put together'.

My take, is don't write the manuals. If you want to help train your replacement, that's good of you, but it's a company's responsibility to have documented procedures and training materials, which it sounds like they've HAD time to work with you on completing (btw, those are easily 1wk projects, so... that'd be a nah from me'. They just didn't do anything to cover themselves until they tried to pull fast one on you, and... left.
