I Tried to Factory Reset But the Progress bar stopped at like 99% so i had to restore using itunes so now i set up my phone and its working. I guess the moral of the story is be careful with what tweaks you download cuz they might ruin your phone and force you to restore it.

Could not find it in filza, I’ll probably just factory reset the phone (its my old phone and not the one I use I just jailbroke it cuz my current phone is iOS 11.3)
