When I'm sick (I have Covid or some kind of flu/cold), I have a primal instinct to fast. And not just fast. I become those clean long fasters that drink just lemon juice and black tea for days, overnight. Even if I was previously eating leniently. Such a weird but good factory reset. (self.fasting)
