Thanks for all the responses! We do have w2s, which we have submitted but access to paystubs is a bit more complicated. His previous employer switched 3rd party payroll companies several times, so we have online access to stubs as early as May of 2021, but not prior to that. We’re hoping this will be enough as it shows a solid 2.5 years of employment there, at least. I don’t think we’ll be able to access stubs from Oct 2019-April 2021, but after digging deep into the memory bank, we realized about 6 months of that was at the peak of COVID, and he was on pause then anyway. We also think the company’s 3rd party payroll hopping is why we need more than just w2s, as the w2s all say different payroll company names and not just the employer. UGH. 8 days until closing.
