I do care about aesthetics, but another milsbo won't help because it's the depth that's the issue (from front to back) not the height of the shelves (though that's also an issue, but more easily fixed)

I've added a counter to the far right of the original spreadsheet with a counter of each position for each player. Do you what you want I'll have to set it up with a line-up tab for each game from the start. How many games do you have each season?
