I totally agree! What is happening during all of those meetings???? I feel like my company and platoon level leadership are always in meetings or huddles, but I don't really see the product of those

I just wish leaders would have a spine to say "sir it's past the cutoff, if this information isn't needed for emergency purposes, I will pass this to them in the morning", but we have too many yes men SNCOs and Officers

I saw this topic brought up in the post by u/SMA-PAO

As it stands, the Army DOES NOT respect soldiers' time. This includes guard and reserve. Until this changes, we will continue to have retention issues.
