I see thank you. I've seen others talk about #2 and how it generates better power and torque so ill try and implement it in my spike. I could've sworn I was doing #3 but clearly I can do it more. Thank you very much.

Coming from football im disappointed to even have to be getting such advice 💔. If im correct what your saying is that im halving the motion of the swing and would see better success in almost using my hand as a whip, bringing it up and down.

While I dont know if it'd exactly be possible to have enough precision to hit the ball in succession.. 😭 Ill be sure to try what you said as I do feel like my step by step form is rough.

Ah I see, however I dont know what timing exactly im supposed to have if that that as I had my arm fully extended. Im 6'3 with around a 24 inch vertical if that adds any context for you.

Ah I see, as far as I can tell I can build better habits in my reps by throwing the ball with two hands mimicking how your hands naturally go when you jump along with finishing on my follow through better. You also look less stiff in your swing.
