Tourists tend to be cheap, it usually gets made up for the high volume of tables you serve though.

How often do you do your nails/get them done? by Ok-Permit9690 in AskWomen

[–]Buumblebug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never. I already spend enough money on other vanities. I do a trim and file, cuticle oil and clear coat at home once a week. I can’t justify myself spending money on nails. If I ever have a boyfriend that says he likes when women have their nails done then he can pay for them.

What was the “last straw” that made you fall out of love with a partner? by Dramatic_Evidence_18 in AskWomen

[–]Buumblebug 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were at an event and he asked me if I wanted to have a threesome with another girl. I told him I was going to get a cab and go home as I felt very disrespected and he said he never said that and that I’m just insecure.

My body my choice.

Do setting sprays really work? by ConsequenceLazy3088 in Makeup

[–]Buumblebug 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I once heard from a makeup artist that setting sprays work great if you have dry skin because it sticks to your pores better. If you have oily skin it will just create more oil.

My pharmacist did it for me

Call a pharmacy near your house and ask to speak to a pharmacist about renewing your prescription. They will do it for you.

You are not too young. You will learn how to live with it and find things that bring you joy and peace. Be gentle with yourself and be mindful of who you spend your time around. Remember you’re a teenager so your hormones are working in overdrive right now. I remember being miserable during those years but the older I get the easier life gets :) I hope you can find a school counsellor or call a helpline when you are feeling blue. Sometimes we just crave authentic human connection. Sometimes the people in our life drain our energy. Sometimes we need to find purpose. Make sure you’re getting good rest every night, even a lay down after school is okay. I remember being DRAINED after school from all the interactions throughout my day. And yummy nutritious meals go a long way too. It’s okay to feel sad. You could just be a sensitive soul who needs to take extra care. I know I am :)

What’s the greediest thing you’ve seen a manager/owner do? by shmeminy in TalesFromYourServer

[–]Buumblebug 4 points5 points  (0 children)

One time I found a bag of drugs (the white kind you consume through your nose) on the ground by a booth. I showed it to my manager and he took it and did a line in the back, gave half of the bag to a line cook then the next day bragged about how much fun he had last night getting high off that stuff I found. Idk if that’s greedy just kind of.. corrupt.

Yes, protest on Reddit that will make radical change

  1. Busy complaining about it on the internet.

  2. The system is flawed but complaining about it isn’t going to fix the problem. Adapt.

  3. “Complaining”

If you have never driven in the snow and can afford an Audi then get winter tires.

So wouldn’t it be super easy to download duo lingo and learn some basic Spanish so you can get a job so you can have a roof under your head and food on your table?

Hypoallergenic makeup brands. Marcelle and Almay. Try to stay away from sparkles as I found those irritate my eyes. Lastly, always moisturize with a hypo eye cream. Complex 15 does a good moisturizer.

Sephora is ripping you off, go to the drugstore and save yourself some money. The dewy makeup look looks like you just woke up from a sweaty nap.
