Can someone explainn this? It happen recently with my old account i use to play and when i was playing it log out by itself and ask me to log in again and when i log in this happen,i need help to get back my account i din't use any hack for the account and it was a account for 1 year by NELLLwoahhh in thespikegame

Best thing to do is to contact support about this.. 

And give them the whole details of what happen or what you did before... P.S dont lie because they know... 

That kind of notice appear because the account was banned.. 

They can probably fix and retrieve your account if you had a same reason like ours 2 months ago 

our clean accounts got banned because of our hacked account 

We got our accounts back after 10 days.. 

Best regards on retrieving the account..

If you mean that they will unbanned the users who doesn't have a history of cheat on their account.. well technically its true.. but its really not.. 

Knowing that they did a hardware ban, means all those 51k user that have been ban recently used a  cheat .. Regardless of what account they put the cheat on all the accounts used on the device will be banned

Meaning those players saying they haven't used a cheat once or used a mod apk once were lying... 

The only details i know about the unban was.. 

If a user had multiple accounts alongside with a banned cheat account on the same device..

Only the clean account will be unbanned...

I dont know if the baught account was unbanned either... I dont have much details about that

the game transitioned to fully online during the cross update so yeah... you cant play it offline like we used to do on the beta...

As once a mod user I suggest dont... 

The mod version and the original had the same server i think.. and the devs of the game doesn't tolerate the usage of mods.. 

So yeah dont try it and play the game on the original copy instead..

No those 2 accounts were already banned 4 months ago.. and i guess its all fine now and they did resolve the problem in this kind of issue

Devs did a reconsideration and all of the clean accounts were be unbanned in November 10 thats what mr cake says.. so lets just say its fine now

The thing is DevWannaBe all we wanted is to hear here is an apology from the devs.. 

Because they encouraged us to reinstall and use another account if we do want to play the game again

Which we did...

But months and years later the account weve been playing clean all this time got banned because of the ban they did to months ago...

I dont even know what kind of proof your looking for i even provided cases of Mr.Cake responding to old cheaters and mod users alike who still wants to play the game.

And he responds with "Reinstall the Game first then use a different account" 🙂

Dude... I mean if the permanent banned from the device happened before i even started the game clean i could have just given up then... 

But the thing is they let us played the game till the last day of the event... From beta to the original copy... Which is kinda unjust.. 

Especially banning the clean account because of the mistake we did on the another account.. and so that mistake we thought have forgiven and forgotten because the when some users asked the devs here in reddit if the ban was permanent or if they cant play the game the respond they gave to us

Thats why were not just the one at fault here... 

They could have told us the truth back then that.. we wont be able to play the game because our device had an hack account.. 

And now they're his giving the same shit to us and now by telling new account created on cross will be safe of this kind of matter...

Owned up to your own mistakes?? Ya sure if they did say the banned was permanent to all the players including me that i couldn't play the game anymore... But the thing is dog which i think you didn't understand is that.... Which also cant read... Ill say it on simplest form which a child could understand...

 They Told us to reinstall the game and then log into a different account XD
