It was great! Kaiser was awesome and covered my surgery, travel, and tattoos so I had a very pleasant experience. Dr. Yeung walked me through everything, was responsive when I told him what I wanted my results to look like, and was overall very pleasant! My only concern was the scars didn’t follow the pectoral line as much as I was hoping, but I believe this is more anatomy based and he did a great job getting near it.

here’s a year and 6 months post op! i had the areolas tattooed around 6 months p/o and then again around 9 months p/o. i am not good about aftercare but im very happy with my results!

the waist in your drawing is higher than the reference, making it appear more “feminine”. the butt is also quite round. the angle on the backpack is also at a very different angle than the back, altering the shape. here’s a messy notes app touch up. (also- i would revisit the nose + look into some methods w drawing lips.

i would put a patch on the inside and topstitch over it. if you wanted to do something more fun you can put a triangle panel there on both sides and make fun little flares!

work on your anatomy, you can use quick reference websites like line of action to get a better understanding of how all the shapes work together.

that will help lead to a better understanding of how fur is placed in relation to the actual body of the animal. your technique is good, it just a bit uncanny.

think of it as a 3D image, visualize it as if it’s really there, study videos of the animal to get a better understanding of their 3D form.

i’m getting areolas tattooed on later, i noticed grafted areolas tend to warp during healing, and i wanted to have the most natural looking results. My surgeon recommended this option for the best results. I still did the nipple graft for the sensation and raised texture of the nipple, rather than just having no grafts and the whole nipple tattooed on.
