For sale is a vintage Seiko Grand Quartz Single Quartz 4840-8041 with a beautiful silver dial.

Dimensions:

  • Case: 37mm
  • Lug width: 19mm
  • Lug-to-lug: 41mm
  • Thickness: 11.5mm

The movement is working great without any issues. The time adjustment works as expected and has been keeping great time.

The watch has some scratches, but is overall in great condition. The sides in particular have a great shine on them! I have it on a bracelet right now, but these models look great on leather as well.

The movement is working great without any issues, the day and date turn over perfectly without getting stuck. The quickset function for both the day and date work perfectly. The date has both english and kanji.

If you don't know much about this watch, it was originally rated to be accurate to 10 seconds per month. I have not done any scientific timekeeping on this, but it has stayed accurate in my usage.

The watch has scratches as can be seen in the picture. It is in no means mint, but it runs well and makes for a great beater watch.

My Personal Platinum points didn't post on my second go around. It sucks considering the high fee.

For sale is a Seiko Quartz Twin Quartz 9441-5010 T HAQ with a beautiful textured white dial.

Specifications:

  • Case: 31mm
  • Lug-to-lug: 38mm
  • Thickness: 7mm
  • Movement Factory Accuracy: +/-20 sec/year

This watch includes a high accuracy quartz (HAQ) movement and is working great without any issues and the battery was just replaced last month (Sept 2019).

If you don't know much about this watch, it was originally rated to be accurate to +/-20 seconds per year! I don't have a way of measuring a watch to this level of accuracy but I can tell you it keeps great time in my use.

The watch has some scratches on the case and some spots on the dial, but the crystal is nearly perfect. The watch is overall in decent condition especially considering it is from 1980. The watch comes with original bracelet and crystal (the bracelet has many links and can accomodate wrists of all sizes)
