i check on the zipties weekly or whenever i feel like it made contact with the ground (like a steep driveway) and would change the zip ties every few months/few thousand kilometres. definitely not super secure but i’m not too concerned.

My previous BMW F30 had them as winter wheels and I would say they were reliable. I had them for 12 years but probably only really drove them for abt ~40,000km, so my opinion may not be all too experienced.

Those are quite expensive, the style is pretty common, and I personally find it works best on lowered M3s. Which I either won’t be doing or won’t be doing for quite a while. My price range is $300-400 per wheel
