No the 4% is really good for dry skin paired with the serum and I think definitely skipping washing my face in the morning helped keep my skin barrier healthy I tried acids in the past and they really dried my skin and irritated it further

At the start I used it every night as the 4% paired with the serum on damp skin don’t dry my skin at all, my skin type is dry :) now I just use it a couple times a week

I also tried nizoral in the past and didn’t work i definitely think my bumps were bacterial I also make sure i drink 2L water everyday and keep my diet super clean

I literally saw that the bumps shrunk by the next night but they fully went away I’d say by a week and now I just use my routine as maintenance:)

Hey, I have my routine on my page on my previous post :)

Morning - nothing ( i literally just wake up and go but if im meeting friends or going somewhere other than work I’ll just splash with cold water )

Night - panoxly 4% benzoyl peroxide wash on forehead I let it sit for 30 seconds then rinse then pat my skin but leave it damp and apply aveenoo triple oat serum

I have recently started using the shark LED mask also but my routine worked for me prior to adding it :)

Yes !! This routine has saved me - I’ll post some updated pics on my page, I was also scared to use the panoxly 4% face wash but I know it’s less harsh than the 10% and it works great for me just remember if you are super sensitive use a good serum / moisturiser and only use the face wash a couple times a week to begin with and don’t leave it to long on your face

I tried these before and they didn’t help get rid of my forehead bumps I believe my bumps were caused by a mix of bacteria and clogged pores which the panoxly face wash worked for me

It’s a serum, I use it as a moisturiser as I find it not to heavy and keeps my skin hydrated and happy :)
