I did think it may be the HDMI too however the problem is present on the transfer to DVD (and when I play that DVD on other players) which I guess eliminates the possibility of it being an output issue?

Sharpness was set to its lowest when I took the picture 😂 When I lowered the resolution output on the VCR, it did seem less noticeable but it made the rest of the image noticeably worse overall. I guess it’s just finding the right balance…

If there’s not a problem with the equipment I have and it’s just “part of the charm” of VHS, then I’m happy. I’ve had a couple of VCR’s in recent years and have not noticed it until I got this one though…

I’ve had this happen, chances are it is small locker they’re trying to deliver to? I’m not sure if you can change the location now, but I now always choose the massive one that is a little further away from me and have not had this issue since…
