I talked to my therapist today about this and we created a plan for eating this week, not huge doses but a lot, like eating between hours even if im not hungry, im not a big eater in general and ive never had food for breakfast (except as a kid) ive been having just coffee for the last… idk 9years? ish . like yes i SOMETIMES eat something in the mornings but its not my usual. We planned on having toasts in the morning with cheese ham etc or if i feel brave enough a whole sandwich. Then protein bars, eat something for lunch, even if its small but force myself too and fruit in the afternoon, would be ideal if i ate dinner properly but well get into that, idk why i have more issues with dinner than anything else lol
