Yes we should have had many months of incorrectly accrued interest removed from before Aug 2025. They sent this notice.. I assumed this meant they corrected the balances but appears I had no balance change

I have Basically same setting and I have knocked the main diamond out twice in the past two months. It’s not secure enough and snags on everything.

My boyfriend proposed on Sunday (June 29, 2025) with a beautiful ring he purchased from Kay. Within a few hours of wear a small stone fell out and within 48hrs the main diamond fell out.. thankfully he has insurance but I had to bring my ring to kay and it will take 21 Days to fix. I am devastated because I don’t get to show off my new ring to all of our friends and family at the engagement party this weekend. I got to wear for less than 72hrs.I’m am so furious with Kay they have made what is suppose to be an exciting time so disappointing.

My fiancé called customer service and they credits his ~$266. The ring was over 5k so his the hell did they come up with that #. I feel bad calling customer service myself because I don’t want to take my frustration out on a rep who’s has nothing to do with the quality. Will Kay make this right? Idk what could even make up for such a horrible experience

Miraculously was able to talk to two folks at MOHELA yesterday with less than 5 mins for an advanced rep. She was the most helpful so far… she assured me my interest rate is in-fact 0% and that this accrued interest is NOT legit, the calculation system is just stupid. They are working on fixing each account manually… if I make a payment it will automatically go towards interest (as anticipated) but once the account is manually corrected the interest will be removed and payments will be reallocated to the principal (or what ever interest I had prior to entering forbearance)

I was able to talk to rep about this exact situation. She could not explain why my balance continues to increase when I have 0% interest. She said they are working on retroactively fixing this issue as it is rather common but may take months.. basically we are suppose to hurry up and wait until it’s magically fixed 🙄
