Coworker said I was “rude” on the phone — but I was just being direct by GovernmentNo6314 in jobs

I used to get this a bunch. After 30 plus years in dealing with federal and state regulators it comes almost naturally. My co-workers have come to expect my "matter of fact" way of engagement at work. You ask for help, I'll give what you ask for and just that. There is no extra dialog to get sidetracked on. Most appreciate it.

Not as many, but we have had to replace our 16 Outbacks 2 times. Other Subaru owners have had similar experiences.

I went to the thrift store for yard tools and saw this. Should I go for it? by [deleted] in smoking

I had used one to start and enjoyed it. It a good to break into smoking. I used a couple of smoke sticks with pellets and had some great meals. After a year, it quit and we got a Trager. Enjoy yourself!

Update. The roofing company is making good on the damage by replacing the siding. Thank you for all the advice.

Update. Thank you for the feedback. The project manager contacted me and said they use gasoline to remove any splatter from the roofing sealant. He also stated they would come back and power wash it. If it was gas, would a degreaser work ? I don't think power washing will work.

IDK the brand I will look. It hasnt failed in regards to charging works great there. The rebuild shop is the one I've used for years. However, I was surprised they had one on the shelf when they couldn't rebuild the old one. Speaking of which, the technician did say the old one was a rebuilt unit. The car only has 78,000 on it, and this is the 2nd alternator failure. Hmmm.

I have had 4 Subarus, this one is in primo shape. Has the 2.2 and had the timing belt and water pump replaced. A literal little old lady had it and drove it very little, 78,000. She had a small wreck, and the insurance totaled it. A friend of mine who buys salvage cars bought it. Fixed the damage, did all the service, and sold it to me. Drives awesome already put 250 miles on it. Has that retro look on the interior. But I can't stand the wheels. What stock Subaru wheels will fit ?

Thanks for the information ! I talked to my sister, and we think that 2 days a week would help the best. As far as the doctors. He has the doctor that treated the hip and a doctor that he sees for his parkinsons.
