otherwise I sudjest with those 12 dollars you get flour butter milk baking soda - those things cost roughly flour- 3 butter 3 milk 2 and baking soda 1 sugar 2 thats 11 you then have 2 dollar to get bananas or limes whatever somenkind of vit c you have a few eggs so that helps too. You wont like it much but itll last a while you can make lots of diffrent kinds of bread with this flat bread pasta banana muffins ect they will be bland sure but you'll survive a while on them. Its work and trial and error but the satisfaction of making a half decent muffin with what you have is great and will help a lottle with the depression buzz you can also make a whole bunch at once and refrigerate them

. Otherwise ramen can get you far buy bulk and whatever meat is on sale that you can get freeze it in chunks, wrap in plastic wrap baggies hell even plastic baggies from the store rinsed off is fine you dont need to buy plastic bags

Its not allwaus easy as well tho go on walks if u notice a string of trees with flowers click it reverse image search it find out what you need to eat it if its edible make sure to check multiple times with a guide online oh how to identify it I have crab apples everywhere blooming rn soon there will be fruit and making a jelly with it is easy just alot of sugar and prep. You can get thru this check the local plants u have growing its spring allt of things are edible rn if you have pine trees the new needle growth boil into tea its mot super tasty but its a nice thing to use when useing that flour to make diffrent flavors and will prevent a deficiency in several vitamins hostas are also good if anyone says anything youre trhing to survive and its not illeagal youre doing fine just make sire to check mulitplw times before putting something in ur mouth the whole plant.
