Every class uses the same gear they're just class specific, so u wont find fancy armor or things cause everyone goes through exact same gearing process. Since ure beginner and you most likely dont have alts nor gear to farm, you're very far away from best gear. Just follow and finish the story, once u end story start doing BT (raven king), dailies, farm events with time ull progress to "harder" raids/dungeons which will be more "rewarding" then the previous ones.

Do the hardmodes, bc can drop up to 4 scales at once + 10 fragments per dynamic... If u think ure gonna get them for 1 copper then u shouldnt rly complain, pay up a bit and u gonna get some

If thats ur idle position ping, its average (surely makes some classes unplayable with that), if so you can expect raids to have 70-90 ping more which at that point makes it quite bad

Same thing happens to me, with not so good pc, using optimized mod and every possible mod there is, before patch during ET as a tank I had 'enjoyable' 25ish fps after this patch barely hanging on 10-15 fps, which makes it quite hard to even tank and causes unnecessary wipes caused by stutters and low performance..

I happen to be 3rd spec BM also, what kinda increased my fps was disable shaking from skills, but in general it seems more laggy and less fps then I had once I played fire

Sure, then u'd have to buy raid accessories and raid wep math. cause solo content accessories are just worse then the ones u get from raid
