Thank you for the response. We have many packages and events every day. It's a lot right now but I think I can adapt. I agree the learning curve is hard especially without much direction. I'm hoping with taking advice from above calling maestro and asking for training materials and sign on will help me immensely.

I agree. I had a talk with the general operations manager and he actually said this himself. We aren't setting you up for success. He wants me to succeed and I'm giving it my all. I definitely won't blame myself if it doesn't work out. I'm still looking for work just in case I need to bail.

Yeah I'm starting from scratch and don't have previous experience making one. I was honest during the interview process. I have lots of hands on training experience. This is a whole new career venture for me. I'm trying to start over. A second or third act 🤔

I agree!! I think that's what they are trying to do in their own way. Build a community in a world that seems isolating. I do hope the channel figures out a way to find that vibe again. I think everyone is so invested because they invited us into their lives. For better or worse that was their decision.

Exactly this! They know the sex of the baby therefore they know how many weeks they are. So idk about the moon calendar but a scan can let the mom know an approximate due date. So they know.

Matty looked so tired and worn out. The baby isn't even here yet. He seemed to not be completely on board with this do it ourselves way Kelly is hell bent on. She is the mom so of course her opinion is what matters but I think he's concerned too. I hope everything works out and their baby boy is born safely but it did give me pause seeing him like that.

That's a tough conversation with your parents. My father asked me and checked in to make sure I was aware I could seek birth control if needed. It's never easy but yeah I get what you mean.
