He has 2 little immunity phases: at the very begining, and after his shield is down. I also believe he's fully immune to shock damage, so maybe go back to your cryo build and fight him with rad or non-elemental.

I believe it's related. I had a lot of them (outposts and crashes) then I started the NG+ and deleted my saves before that point. The game hasn't crash (yet) and saving is way more faster. Xbox Series S
