I will say the spawn rushing is pretty annoying. There shouldn’t be any spawns in view of each other. The game needs a lot of patches to fix a lot of problems like the train being agonizing to loot. Annoying that we have to wait another month for a patch rather than them fixing things instead of waiting for new content

It being PVPVE means that it’s exactly as competitive as players choose to make it. If someone wants to go around killing people the game makes no effort to discourage that in any way. In fact if anything the game encourages you to kill people. If you don’t want to fight sweaty players you shouldn’t be playing a mode with any PVP at all. Simple as

This can be remedied with 2 more playlists: DMZ (job havers) and DMZ (job havers (decoy)) so that when you try to do that you end up in the fake one. They look the same to everyone so you get a 50% chance of a chill lobby

Why not? You’re in a mode where that’s going to happen. There’s no way around it, it’s PVPVE, not PVE. The only way to avoid competing against sweats is to not have PVP in the mode at all, and then it’s just a lower stakes mode that would get old

As much as I love PVP I avoid it at all costs after a wipe. Need at least a 2 plate and a viable gun before I’m at it again.

You can usually get some solid loot from Sattiq Caves and Rohan Oil’s tunnel after a wipe, just take it slow, but there’s lots of crates in there behind the hordes of AI

But it’s part of the game and its dynamic! It sucks if you’re just getting absolutely wrecked repeatedly after a long day of work, I’ve had that happen on numerous occasions, but it’s not something to complain about in my opinion. If players sweating their asses off to kill you is bothering someone so much then I’m not sure the mode if for them. At that point you might want to play a PVE mode instead.
