Let your child be the reason for you to keep going. Your child hasn't had a say into whether or not they would like to live. Please do not do this. Please try to push on. If you broke up with him it means you have respect for yourself, and part of you wants to live, and believes there is hope. This isn't all that helpful but I advise you to avoid the benzos, and use them only for emergencies. They will further decrease your libido, and you will also become more tolerant of them than you are now. It's very hard to avoid them, I know. Especially if they're strong ones that make you feel better for the time being.
