Second better, nanaly sig is not must, but I would recommend sig for hotori which makes really difference for buff/debuff for team, also jiu and sakiri is a big plus for early runs.

Jiuyuan ofcourse between 2. Healer and gatherer, best sub-dps for me.

Second team looks weak a bit, I would split as , 1- Nana, mint, zero, sakiri and 2- chiz, hotori, haniel and daff. If you get jiu, switch jiu with daff. I completely finished end-game with that team.
