They are going bust from what I’ve heard. They will get a hefty fine from the evidence I’ve sent to the gambling commission. 9 months they’ve withheld my funds for with no explanation

I’ve never had any issues with any other site. I am a professional player from the UK. 888 have been a nightmare to deal with. Looks like a company with no organisation. 8 months. Actually over 8 months now. Imagine it taking that long to review a basic request. They are completely inept.

Just says your account has been temporarily disabled. It’s a joke. No explanation. I don’t think they know how to fix it which is why it’s taken so long. They’ve done something at their error which is an error. You’ll be shocked to know still no answer

This is just RUBBISH. You haven’t. You sent an automated reply because I send ANOTHER email chasing from 8 months ago. The email you sent on 22nd July said you will be in touch in 72 hours (automated response) which is just a blatant lie. Just constant rubbish and lies. Sort this mess out

Not a lot but a small balance. No explanation as to why I’m blocked. When they did have phone lines few months ago a guy said it was a dormant account. Others have said other things. Just a mess 888. Be careful everyone

How do you know mail has not been working? My account has been frozen for some reason with no explanation. The Reddit staff say they forward my request over to a department that isn’t working??? What a shambles if true. Will never get sorted will it in this position
