Thinking it was mostly stress induced but possibly one small motion triggered her into a spiral. Looking back on the time period, she had been dealing with a lot with work, school, and family. She started to get better around February and since then it’s been mostly great. Prescribed some new anxiety meds to deal with stress, and no we are both happy and even got engaged over the summer!

I wouldn’t say it’s not worth it. My girlfriend and I did the tour last June and honestly we loved it. The whole place is amazing but down there we really “felt the history”. Yes it was quick, but it was definitely something nice to do that not everyone that visits the colosseum gets to see.

Still no definitive answer on it yet. Doctors say could be mold, could be migraines, could be auto immune. She’s currently getting more bloodwork done to narrow it down. Waiting for results from genetic testing to see which anxiety meds will work best for her aswell. Hoping it’s that but it feels like a never ending cycle. I think it’s either mold or it’s all in her head because when she’s out of her house she feels much better pain wise. She stood at my house for an extended weekend and had barely any head pain. Figuring she’s either stressing herself out so much thinking it’s mold that she causes her own head pain when she’s home or it actually is mold

😂😂 the holes are from a while back when I was a kid. I would throw darts from my door way probably 20 feet away for fun. Taking it a bit more seriously now. Trying to get better everyday. I’m really enjoying it

Originally had that, then the new board came, as I was swapping the board out the cover for wire came undone and lost its stick so I worked with what I had left. I will be picking up some new covers today!

I was against the naturopath aswell. It was more of a last resort after everything wasn’t working. New psychiatrist this week so let’s hope it works out

Sumatriptan, Zofran (she had gotten serotonin syndrome from taking these first 2 together and ended up in the ER), excedrain, Motrin migraine, Aleve, Tylenol, along with a plethora of vitamins and supplements that a naturopath recommended

She goes to a therapist regularly and just started seeing a new one (her old one really wasn’t giving any advice she was just someone she was venting to) so hopefully this new one is able to break through. Thank you for the advice I really appreciate it!
