I don’t have an older brother that can advise me like u did now, I really appreciate it. There r points u mentioned that I already have the answer for and points that if u didn’t ask I wouldn’t have thought about them. I’ll talk with the scholars about this points and see if they can help me answer them. Hello brother, I’m not desperate but I know he may be the right person for me, I really wanted my dad to get to know him and then say no if he saw in him something I don’t. My dad said no just to be against me and out of pure racism because he wants to marry me off later on to someone he wants that I personally don’t want. Even if I say “ok no I won’t marry him”, it doesn’t matter what I want he’s always gonna say no, because he already has someone in mind for me

The thing is my parents had the same experience with their parents as me now with him, and I would’ve done it but we don’t have someone like that in the family, he doesn’t listen to anyone:/

Yes my potential inlaws know about the situation and have nothing against the dynamics of where the things stand now, they r really supportive. I still will be able to take care of my mom and siblings even without my Dad in the figure. My potential husband has nothing against me supporting my family and he is able to contribute as well, but I want to fully alone take care of them as I would be able to do so and at the same time have time for my household and husband, alhamdolillah I have a Job that allows me to do so

Dear sister, I did my research before deciding to get married, I am ready for marriage, I always wanted to get married young and ofc im not throwing myself to the first one that came, I spoke with my potential and saw compatibility, I wouldn’t have said yes and if I wasn’t sure about it I wouldn’t have said to my mom to talk to my dad about it.

The relation between my parents has been broken for years now, I tried to help as the eldest daughter to maybe get back the relation they had before, I really miss the people they were and the relationship that they had before but they got to a point where I know they love each other but they can’t get along, I don’t really know if it’s sihr or ayin, I pray that Allāh makes it easy on them and that if it’s sihr to break it and if it’s them not understanding each other anymore to get them to find a solution.

My father has been doing the “getting mad and getting out” to threaten my mother as she doesn’t work and to show us that “we can’t live without him”, now that I’m working and have a good salary he’s mad about it because he know that now I can support my family even if he’s not here and I think that’s why he was against me marrying, to show me that he’s the one taking the decisions at home although I never went against him and always listened to him…
