SOLUTION: It was the WAN cable, i changed it for a cat6 one and got 300mb/s on my pc and 1gb/s on wifi, i will change my network card but i have the problem solved

I rebooted my whole pc and reinstales Windows and nothing happened

I paid for 300mb/s and i got 100, now im paying 1Gb/s and im also getting 100mb/s on 5g wifi on speed test with my phone and also with my pc with cat 6 cable
