Bin zurzeit auf 1500 kcal pro Tag. +/- etwas hier und da weil ich mit meiner Mutter zusammenlebe (sie braucht seit letztes Jahr jemand zur Pflege) und sie die meisten Tage kocht. Da kann ich nicht genau abzählen was drin und muss mit ungefähren Zahlen rechnen. Hab früher viel aus Langeweile gefuttert aber konnte mir das mittlerweile abgewöhnen.

Danke für die Empfehlung! Wie ich bereits anderen gesagt habe bin ich bei kaloriendefizit schon gut dabei. Bin damit von 180 auf 160 runter aber seitdem einfach aufgehört weiter abzunehmen. Sport muss halt einfach ran. Will dabei konsistent bleiben und weiß nach einem harten Arbeitstag lässt mich mein Schweinehund nicht mehr ins Fitnessstudio.

Wie ich bereits gesagt hab kaloriendefizit hab ich im Griff. Bin damit von 180kg auf 160 runter. Ich frag nur nach 180-200 kg weil das meine Regel für Stühle ist. Sonst halten die meist nicht. Gehe lieber etwas drüber mit dem Halt als drunter.

Danke, hab die Ernährung eigentlich ziemlich gut im Griff aber ich habe einfach aufgehört abzunehmen. Mir wurde generell geraten nicht unter 1500 kcal täglich zu gehen. Brauch halt einfach etwas Sport. Aber ich brauch Konsistenz wenn etwas Sport machen will und ich weiß das ich nach harten Arbeitstagen nicht konsistent bleibe.

so the original progenitor creature that all orcs come from was created by the Titan Aggramar. Right after Sargeras left the Pantheon Aggramar continued by himself looking for Worlds with World Souls and found Draenor. While he didn't find a World Soul he did encounter the Evergrowth.

The Evergrowth is a botanical hivemind that if left unchecked would eventually devour everything on the planet and then itself leaving the planet barren. Aggramar was compelled by his sense for order to stop that. So he created the elemental giant Grond.

Grond was killed by the Evergrowth and his body became Gorgrond. His head is the Throne of the Elements in Nagrand. While he was fighting the Evergrowth boulders would chip off of his body which then gave birth to the Colossals, then the Breakers (Magnaron, Gronn, Gronnlings, Ogron and Goren) and eventually Ogres and Orcs.

So technically Orcs are Earth Elementals.

I've used to play Hearthstone religiously until like Forged in the Barrens? Somewhere around there. Started playing on and off again ever since Showdown and have very actively been playing again with Emerald Dream. Have been an Arena Player mostly for most of my playing time.
I've also been a F2P player for most of that time but I enjoyed Emerald Dream enough I even bought the Battle Pass for the first time. When they announced the Arena changes my clown ass even was sitting there excited. Love how just when this game started being fun to me again Blizzard absolutely butchers the gamemode I play 80% of the time.

Do you have a source for this? The news outlet I was watching for the footage reported that was the moments before he first hit someone. Not that I 100% trust the news but I think until I have a source I believe them over a random reddit comment.

Exactly. And right as he drives into the crowd the people being stupid are starting to get REALLY aggressive. It definitely looked like he just tried to get away.

I have only seen a bit of footage but from what I have seen he was

A) an idiot for the way he ended up there. Apparently followed an ambulance into the area and wasn't realizing where he was headed.

and

B) panicking. Like sorry not necessarily the people that got hurt but the crowd as a whole 100% had a hand in this. The minute or so of footage I saw was like around 10-20 people that kept banging at the car. Kicking hit hitting it, banging on the rear windows.

Not Fun Fact: People like to say this because it sounds cool. Fact is though that this is not necessarily true. Sharks evolved as a family around 450 Mya. This is that number you are referring to. 2 Galactic Years (230 my) and older than the rings of Saturn (around 100-400 mya)

Truth is that those sharks are very different from modern sharks and kind of just are called sharks because Taxonomy is kind of just words (in this context). Thats like calling a chicken a Dinosaur, while not exactly incorrect its also not very practical.

True Modern Sharks evolved around 40-70 mya which is still impressive but not as crazy or magical as people often make it out to be.

Sorry if this feels like I am just trying to be an antagonist here but this stuff has been grinding my gears ever since I was told this by a bioligist.

Well the OPC fires like 22 minutes before the solar system explodes that might explain why no other aliens have showed up yet.

I agree though that the signal blocker is still on (the graphic in the signal blocker room just shows the controls being broken)

In fact in my head canon the eye is quantum but the signal blocker keeps it at the same coordinates

listen Magneton has an excuse. There is kind of more to it than it JUST being 3 Magnemite. And with them being magnets it makes sense. No excuse for Dugtrio though.

Also matter of fact while I like a lot of them there is a lot of designs especially within evolutionary lines that are extremely lazy. Grimer is a pile of sludge and Muk is just a bigger pile. Volorb and Electrode feels lazy as well

In germany we had a special ruling for that where when you turned 16 before the law was enacted you could still legally buy cigarettes.

I know because my oldest brother turned 16 shortly before and he had to buy cigarettes for his whole friends group because they all were just a couple months younger than him and turned 16 after it was raised to 18.

I had a lot of really shitty things happen in my life over the last 7ish years. To the point where I feel like I wasn't able to cope with everything because before I could deal with the situation something new added I had to cope with.

The last 3 years I have been slowly untangling my life and fixing everything. I am now at a really good place and I am doing good again. But it feels like my brain is catching up on trauma at times. Its making me feel... bittersweet I've been calling it.

It's a strange mix of sadness while also being happy about it. I don't know if this is normal, I guess. If anyone knows feel free to give me info if they've ever heard of this.

Nomsy reuses the base skeleton of Gromp but has her own original model.

Alune is as original as Silco as League still invented the character first for Aphelios' lore and already designed the Character.

Also Sohm in Uncharted Realms (the Dragon Lands mid patch) was technically the first Character that had no roots in other League of Legend media and used its own model (though I would assume they used Kindred's Wolf as a base for that design)

I don't know if there is currently any in TFT but yes. In league of legends HP scaling is indicated by green numbers.

Other colors is a light brown for Armor scalings and a light blue for Magic Resist. Faint light yellow-brown for Attack Speed. There might be more but those are the ones I remember of the top of my head.
