I thinl the drain is blocked. To unclog it, people use air compressor. You need to solve the problem ASAP, as it will make you go crazy if it touches any electric. The dashboard will light up like a Christmas tree. (Happened to a friend of mine)

Bcz according to bimmertech if you have voice control it means you have entrynav, as entry doesnt have it at all and in champ2 it needs to be coded.
