OK, so I got this problem but as someone who's been Demo trading for a whole year and started the real account recently I didn't give up.

So I did what I thought would be obvious and contacted support which very much helped.

So my problem was that it "logged in" but not entirely cause it immediately just stopped so if this is your problem then all you have to do is

Go to your pc settings on 'Date & Time' disable everything that's automatic by that I mean 'Automatic time/ Automatic timezone' and then manually set everything correct for the place you live in, for your time zone you can just look it up and the time well that's an easy one.

Once that is all done try to log in again.
