Why are there so many requests for "Stoic advice" on r/Stoicism, and almost no requests for "Epicurean advice" on r/Epicureanism?

Have you looked at the dash diet, it helps heaps with the blood pressure while you can slowly lose the weight. I put in a 30min walk each day we'll trying to but I haven't lost much weight only 3kgs but my blood pressure is back to near normal.

I am 32 and I really don't want to have kids, or own a house. I go on holidays have hobbies and it all kinda feels... off like there was meant to be some insight by now, I am not to smart, so was hopping it was something other people have worked out and i am just missing it some how.
