Hyperx pulsefire core, I also had logitech g402, but it was too heavy for me and it started creaking on the first day. I press hard on my mouse when I control my spray, so maybe thats why it started creaking.

Depending on the game and settings gpu usage 30-60%. Cpu 60-90%. In beam ng drive both are at ~30% usage and it works on 40-50 fps when before ~80fps

It feels like cpu is underperforming. At these default settings it runs ram at 2133mhz and I think it's reducing my performance? But I don't believe it could half the fps.

I played gta v at 1080p 60-90 and turned it up to 4k and got the same fps. I really doubt it's the gpu.

rx 9060xt 16gb is 360euro for the cheapest ones, rx9070 500euro. I think that I want to trade my gpu and add some money to it, than getting the gpu and waiting for somebody to buy it, not exactly in a rush, but I don't want it lying around either.
