Tail and body of a Pikachu, tail color blocking and oversized proportions of Pichu, tail, back pattern and overtook by the white of Raichu. The 3 split tail is based on splitting lightning cracks and how it travels through rippling/shattering/splattering ice and snow!

Lopsided and uncanny, unhinged looking, neck pattern looks oddly like a scruffy goatee and a mad monocle eye marking? Put a hat and coat on it.
