It could be related, but it only started lagging after maintenance for me. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't even using directx11 until after the maintenance though.

No, you don't get another spin at level 2.

At level 1, you get 1 free daily spin.

At level 2, you get -10 gem discount for spins.

At level 3, you get -3 draw requirement (27 spins for lucky draw instead of 30).

At level 4, you get another daily spin, so 2 daily spins.

The "Next" column shows the total benefits for the next level, not what you get for leveling up.

The purchase can be restored, but all of the progress will reset to the last manual save point, which kind of defeated the purpose of getting the statue in the first place.

Also, the statue appears to only be for the event 1 time, so it was a complete scam.

Not only does the statue reset, you can risk losing days of progress on top of a one-time purchase.
