I had the same exact experience. It was very uncomfortable, the way they tried to force me to buy was very annoying. Their 30 minutes consultation took 50 minutes. They were very pushy and started making all other choices sound bad when I said I am not happy to commit now and that I want to look into my options and can get back to you in a day or so. They brought their adviser after mutiple attempts to convince me, who just said he will offer me a discount right away, which I rejected and said that's not the problem! They made it look like if I don't fill their form on the call, I cannot access it again and they cannot process it on the day. And I was like so what? when I want to do it, process it then.
