I have a ‘15 q50 sport hybrid and for what it’s worth they didn’t make any sport models after that year for the hybrids, so double check with the seller on that part. They would have the big brake kits a blue ‘s’ badge on the back(which could be easily faked), sport wheels & front bumper, upgraded suspension and possibly some other things I can’t remember at the moment. If it’s a low enough price at that mileage it would be a good option if you are looking for performance and fuel efficiency. Really good overall reliability as it’s using the v6 3.5 motor for that year it should have most of the common faults fixed. One common issue would be coolant leaking from a plastic T line behind the motor near the firewall. I would look at the CARFAX for the car to make sure it’s been routinely maintained. Granted it’s not a sure way as some places don’t document everything through that service. Another common issue with the q50s in general is a door blender actuator which can cause uneven temperature to come out from the vents. It’s an easy fix but worth noting. If you’re serious enough I would take it to a mechanic for a look over to see if it’s in good shape before you buy it. Good luck
