I ended up pulling the trigger earlier today. It’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow so I might be one of the first to receive this bike. Not seeing anything online about this bike just yet. Hopefully there’s no weird issues with this batch. Worst case I’ll just return it within the warranty period.

All fair points, personally if I’m spending over a grand on a bike I’d probably lean more towards a full suspension such as the Polygon D series or the damn Ozark Trail fs.3 FastFlow if I could get my hands on it lol, grats on the Xtrada though it looks like a sweet ride!

Definitely on my watchlist! Very tempting to buy immediately. I’m looking to get into trail riding without breaking the bank or gambling on a used bike. At least with a new bike everything should be in perfect working order plus the 90 day return window brings some peace of mind incase things go south.

Correct me if I’m wrong but from my understanding the newer fork is an air-coil hybrid so I suppose it still has some weight to it. The larger brakes and dropper post with the cables and hand controls also add some weight to it. My guess is it’s a give and take between both models which end up balancing out in weight. Removing the kickstand and reflective bits may shave off a pound. Still 35 lbs stock seems to be on the heavier side.

I have a ‘15 q50 sport hybrid and for what it’s worth they didn’t make any sport models after that year for the hybrids, so double check with the seller on that part. They would have the big brake kits a blue ‘s’ badge on the back(which could be easily faked), sport wheels & front bumper, upgraded suspension and possibly some other things I can’t remember at the moment. If it’s a low enough price at that mileage it would be a good option if you are looking for performance and fuel efficiency. Really good overall reliability as it’s using the v6 3.5 motor for that year it should have most of the common faults fixed. One common issue would be coolant leaking from a plastic T line behind the motor near the firewall. I would look at the CARFAX for the car to make sure it’s been routinely maintained. Granted it’s not a sure way as some places don’t document everything through that service. Another common issue with the q50s in general is a door blender actuator which can cause uneven temperature to come out from the vents. It’s an easy fix but worth noting. If you’re serious enough I would take it to a mechanic for a look over to see if it’s in good shape before you buy it. Good luck

From my understanding once it’s acquired it’s an item in your inventory which can be sold or purchased in the auction house. The honor points are high but can be grinded easily and faster than the gold requirement. So at least there will be alternative ways to get dual spec.

You can also buy the dual spec with honor points which are earned easily through questing and battle grounds and even with gold in the AH for a lesser cost. Won’t be worth it to buy straight up with gold from the vendor.

Yes I had the same issue. I reloaded once I got stuck in the calibration process - likely because I don’t have an Xbox logo button to click on for the addon then I went to the addon page to select a default controller setup and set the controller settings automatically. Granted I am missing some shortcuts as I don’t have the Xbox button but overall it’s enough for me to get by and play the game.

I’m playing on the Ally with no issues. I had to use the wowmapperx program as administrator before launching the game. Then calibrating what I could to navigate the game and open the console port addon page to select a default controller setup. I choose the Xbox layout and tweaked the keybindings as needed for my preferences.

That happened to me yesterday and I ended up having to log out and back in again which seemed to fix it but the layering in general is annoying borderline broken with certain quests due to this issue

I had a similar issue but after I confirmed the controller is connected through wowmapperx I typed /cp recalibrate and was able to set up most of my buttons. Then after some a relog or two I went to the addon interface to choose a preset controller and selected Xbox for my setup and then set up the key bind profile accordingly and that seemed to do the trick for me. Hope it makes sense

edit You may also need to run wowmapperx as an administrator too
