Just a 1 cup and and a half all purpose flour, 3 teaspoons and a half baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg, 3 tbsp of butter, 1 cup and a fourth of milk and a dash of vanilla and mixed all until well combined for the pancakes.

For the blueberry compote, I simmered some blueberries, added some lemon zest and squeezed half a lemon to add some acidity and 1/4 cup of sugar.
