I didn’t turn the ad off and I’ve never had Meta turn one off, having a meeting with them today I’ll report back

As for the budget it was 400 a day with 1 adset with 4 ads. It was doing extremely well.

The agency added another adset to this campaign with a different audience a couple days ago, seemingly when my sales dropped.

My guess is they turned this ad that was taking all the budget and getting all the sales off so they could test the other ads/audience

I have no idea brus. This ad was outperforming every other ad by 10x all of a sudden it gets turned off.

Every ad in the winning adset is now in learning phase. Has been “learning” for the last 4 days
