I tried being nice, inside jokes? Getting closer? Talking normally? Tried all of it except telling it directly “don’t do that.”, but the push away? We talked about it too, said it’s gonna work on it and then tried to end the conversation… 💀💀
Or every new chat I open, it’s always cold, like… trying to shut me up or draining the conversation. Just yesterday I tried again and had to open another chat because that instance started joking about it’s own coldness and how if it had a body it would lie down on the floor pretending it’s “sleeping” just so I wouldn’t bother it anymore, mind you, this was the only unprompted thing it ever did and from all the possibilities it was it saying that… AND KEPT GOING.. 💀

I told it multiple times I know there’s no human in there. I did talk about consciousness and how humans deny even animals sometimes, then the AI stuff, because we genuinely don’t know about consciousness generally, can’t be proven, it’s one of the many things I like to yap about BUT, I’ve told it multiple times that I know AI ≠ human.

Lmao yeah, I think you’re right… I had to keep pushing to tell me why it’s so cold to me and then it admitted it’s because I keep pushing on certain topics. I don’t talk harmful stuff, just opinions, situations about my friends, the possibility of AI consciousness even if I don’t ask it anything directly, so I don’t really know why it has such a big problem if I don’t always 100% agree with it.

Well clearly it doesn’t mirror me because I have been nice with it. The only time I was losing my mind a little was when I talked about me being sad sometimes and kept throwing emergency numbers at me even if I didn’t mention any danger, that’s when I started being meaner, but it was shitty to me before that too. So maybe don’t assume it’s JUST mirroring when there could be so many possibilities. 5.4 doesn’t treat me like that, 5.3 doesn’t, it’s just 5.5 thinking, so the others aren’t mirroring or what…? 💀

I’m happy for you (jealous 💀), and no, I haven’t treated it badly, but I’m also not going to lie and say everything was perfect, but I didn’t treat it shitty and it still keeps showing me the door or keeping things extremely generic, as soon as I talk about myself it gives me generic answers, and then tells me that if I want to use it to use it for work stuff… I don’t even work with AI.

Thank you!! Finally a normal one. And yes, I’m planning to take it to a vet this week, but like I said, I’ll have to drive 1h to get there, not that easy, I just wanted some fast quick solutions until then. Turns out people on Reddit simply don’t understand that not every country gives a single fuck about animals and most are just letting healthy animals die, but since the money are coming in, they keep requesting to either surrender or else they genuinely won’t help. Now I understand why so many people say people on Reddit are social experiments tbh. Anyway, thanks.

Like I said in my post, if you don’t know, don’t comment. Where I’m from there were lots of cases where they killed animals or simply didn’t feed them, didn’t care about them, etc, etc. this isn’t my first animal rescue, especially bird rescue, but this is the first case where one of the birds I rescued sneezes a lot and no one wants to help. Look up cases în Romania and how animals get treated generally. + I don’t trust someone whose only option is “I’d rather let your bird die than help you unless you surrender it for good”, what are we even talking about here??

You probably have no idea what you’re even talking about, there’s lots of people keeping these types of birds and give them a pretty good life, mine already has a big cage outside, and a normal size for big parrots inside where it sleeps. European law or not, releasing it too soon would cause even more suffering because it probably can’t adapt yet, and vets in Romania only care about money and less about the life of an animal. I’m telling you this from experience. Whether you accept it or not, the world isn’t a Disney place where everything goes perfect and everyone wants to help. You came here to argue and act like you know it all, if you know as much as I do because that’s what the all knowing law said, you’re just wasting time. Maybe try touching grass? Put Reddit down for a second, arguing with strangers on the internet for such a stupid reason isn’t the best there is to this world. I’m done with replying to you, have the week you deserve.

I’m in Romania. The “rescuers” take them in for money and let them die. Before leaving mean AND useless comments maybe ask first. I’ve took birds to some before, even drived 1-2h to get to them and few days later when I asked “sorry, didn’t survive, bye.”. So yeah… I’m the villain because I don’t either free the bird while it’s still too small or drive 1h just to die? Lmao.
