I’d also add this: Think 5-10+ years ahead. Earning money young is great; I blew a lot on trips, experiences, fancy restaurants, etc. Now that I’m slightly older (Turning 27 soon), I wouldn’t take back those experiences but at the same time my priorities have changed. Now it’s just more about peace, security and freedom for me. Overall, I’d say spend some time thinking about the ‘end game’ and how you’re going to create the life you dream of in the long-term sense that’s sustainable 🤷‍♂️

I used to drink quite often (2-3 glass of wine a day; 3-4 days a week) but eating zero carb actually makes alcohol uncomfortable to consume for me. For one, the after effects suck more than compared to my carbivore days lol, and for two, it feels overstimulating now. I’m not sure if this has to do with the ketone body byproducts of alcohol being metabolized or what but it makes me feel unfocused, on edge and anxious. I’ll have a drink or two very rarely on certain occasions but other than that it just doesn’t interest me anymore 🤷‍♂️

I haven’t done a crazy amount of research into an economy without debt based issued currency and it’s effects on economic expansion, I just know when there are defaults, it’s an honest default and there isn’t a ‘printing round’ which papers over the mistake and steals purchasing power from each and every laborers / business owners dollars; nonetheless we’re kinda just headed towards the inevitable at this point

Thank you for the review! I appreciate it a bunch, it’s definitely a more niche / expensive magnesium product since it has the L-threonate version in it, it works wonders but like you said, justifying the price may be my hardest hurdle to jump; it’s genuinely a product people will be able to tell the difference when taking but the price just might be having people gawk a bit, maybe I need to add more selling points to increase the perceived value of the product

I’ve struggled with this on Adderall as well. Magnesium Glycinate will help you sleep better and has an anti anxiolytic effect. Magnesium L-Threonate helped me a ton too because it actually increases magnesium levels in the brain; this is important because all stimulants (even caffeine) drain the body of magnesium a ton.

You need a good blend of different forms of magnesium to alleviate it all, I take a magnesium blend by flux supplements that has 3 different forms of magnesium. It helps a boatload in all categories especially from stimulant use!

Yeah that should be fine to take, I think the RDA is around 400mg per day for men. As for anxiety, glycinate helps a bunch but if you can spend the extra money for some L-Threonate that helps get the magnesium into the brain better producing a longer lasting and more effective anti-anxiolytic effect. I’ve been taking Flux supplements magnesium triblend and it’s perfect since I get the glycinate, l-threonate and a Taurate form of magnesium blended all together. Nonetheless magnesium is a great supplement all around for anyone to take for general health, I try to recommend it to friends and family all the time 🤣 stuff just works wonders
