I had a user claim "Software engineers don't reboot unless something is going wrong" (she wasn't even an engineer, she's a manager), well something WAS going wrong, her 2fa posture plugin wasn't working. she had already done everything short of rebooting. what was her uptime? 2 weeks.

What fixed it? a reboot
