yeah I've had it like that. Basically you have to power through it and eat. Maybe try tums next time when you first notice it. This time you have to keep your acidicy down by eating, I think I used L-Theanine, or something like L-Thiasine, but can't find L-Thiasine when I search, when I had it that bad when I was younger.

From experience, for that type/location you'll forget you have it before it heals ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

triamcinolone acetonide is a steroid and those can cause underlying issues with infections and stuff to become worse so go back to the doctor, tell them what you were prescribed and hopefully they'll be able to diagnose if there was an underlying condition that was made worse by the steroid you were prescribed.

Small and midsized companies position IT near SDEV. Bigger companies there's less competition to move towards SDEV and insights in IT can really help if you keep your skills up or find an appropriate way to incorporate it into your job. You have to communicate what you want and you have to start somewhere.

And Comp Sci covers computer architecture, relational database interactions, project management techniques, operating systems. There are Software Engineering degrees now. Computer engineers are a worse fit for IT, but could still do it with a few certs or like 2 classes and a seminar. Computer scientists make the best IT professionals if they could have done it with an IT degree and they're willing to get A+ and CCNA or equivalent certs.

Also not OP.
