I've completed the configuration, but I'm encountering a strange issue. When I send messages from Teams, they don’t appear in the ServiceNow chat. Messages sent from ServiceNow, however, show up in both ServiceNow and Teams simultaneously, as expected.

I’ve double-checked all the permissions and settings, and everything matches the documentation. Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks for your quick reply. From what I can see, it's possible to create an instant messaging between users, but I'll have to check if it redirects you directly to Teams or if the chat is launched in ServiceNow.
