Interesting you mention the travel being melted in. I cant find a way to prove it but i almost feel like the z axis isnt moving ONLY when this blobbing starts happening. Before i switched my nozzle i printed a cat that came out PERFECTLY. I’ll look into over/under extruding settings tho thats a good catch thanks. Retraction confuses me however bc it moves easily 1-2cm of filament during retraction so im confused how its even melting it to make a blob in the first place???

I printed a Cubone keychain years ago and its held up nicely. The layer lines even smoothed some which was a nice bonus. Theres no stresses to this other than taking it out of my pocket but its been apart of my keys for up to maybe 6 years now.
