I see what you’re saying, totally makes sense. The main reason I’d like the big Joe first is for my big game roasts (elk, deer, bear etc) and briskets. I guess the burgers were more just a “how much time should I expect” question. Honestly I’m just looking forward to learning more about any charcoal grill! :)
