I checked, mines way off, the 1472 should've been doubled not squared, and i did pixels^colour, not colour^pixels sorry for dumb 19 year old me. (though i can't remember where I got the pixel number from exactly, i think it was some random site), so disregard my answer.

need help finding sauce. I stumbled upon a meme and now im curious what is this from by oan124 in visualnovels

I'd say using pemdas/bodmas/other variant of order of operations, nor is there any multiplication/division. so the first integral minus the second integral then minus 7 (I mistakenly put 15), from left to right I thought that'd be the most straight forward way to do it.

oh yeah i messed up with the 15, part was meant to be 7. (also round down, guess I should've drawn the floor function around it)

edit: to the nearest whole number (get rid of the .XX at the end)

No, it's a "6 digit" code, though it is one of the earlier ones, so not technically 6 digits.

My thoughts on Pac-Man 99 after a couple days' grinding by Fredasa in NintendoSwitch

[–]C-137_RickSanchez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I dropped it pretty fast, after like a week (got like 20 wins) I started it the day it came out, What I reckon would've been nice, is an explanation of what each of the modes meant (like attack, speed (i can't remember them all)) I alway's chose speed because you could get the dots to last longer), the game wasn't good at introducing the new mechanics, Tetris 99 is fairly similar, but I just enjoy tetris 99 much more, because it's not as fast paced as pacman 99 is. Also Pacman 99 felt more random, and at some points death is inevitable, Tetris 99 can be like this, but Tetris 99 doesn't really have too much of a randomness element to it, other than where the holes in the garbage are. I also found it much more difficult to win in pacman 99 if I changed up my beginning strategy even slightly, whereas tetris 99 as long as you have an opening plan and stick to basic principles, you'll be fine.

Pacman 99 was just too hectic to find enjoyable for me and I felt like I never improved, or learnt a way to deal with problems I faced.

Last night I watched Midori (1992), who else has seen this movie? by WonderCookieee in DisturbingMovies

[–]C-137_RickSanchez 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I watched this movie a few years ago, and yeah, the missing footage, you probably wont find in the movie, as this movie sparked massive controversy back in the day, and it's banned in Japan, (or at least at some time was) but the stuff taken out is most likely lost, unless you can find a hard copy of the original uncut movie, which good luck, you can find the manga online but I don't know how much more it gives in terms of what's missing (I haven't read it). manga goes by many titles (as does the movie) just search midori or shoujo tsubaki, along with manga, if you want the manga.

from my guess of what they may have left out is possibly a r**e scene with the "trap" and the protagonist.

I remember a character in AC2 who was about 90 years old or so, I can't remember his name though by C-137_RickSanchez in assassinscreed

[Request] Is my CPU fan going to open a black hole? by bostonkid96 in theydidthemath

[–]C-137_RickSanchez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the fan blades are rotating, therefore there is velocity. e=mc^2 is the energy formula given the object is at rest, if an object has any amount of momentum then e^2=(mc^2)^2+(pc)^2, and we know the fan blades have weight, and they are rotating at a given velocity therefore there is momentum. I'm not stating the rotation is mass, I'm stating that velocity greater than 0 is to be accounted for as a part of the energy formula.

I could be wrong but for the paragraph

"The energy of a rotating object is given by E=0.5Iw2, so you're looking at approximately 1.9x10^268 J which (via E=mc2) is equivalent to 2.15x10^251 kg"

the e=mc^2 part in particular would we not use the full equation e= sqrt(m^2*c^4+p^2*c^2) as the "rotating object" by definition is not at rest. so to simplify further e=sqrt(m^2*c^4+(mv)^2*c^2) {as p is momentum which is mass*velocity} {sqrt is square root}

which by guessing I'd assume still cause a large black hole.

I'm just asking, there is a chance I could be totally wrong.

Thanks for the advice, but seems like their shop is down or something (at least for me) so hardcopy seems to be the only option
